A doomed timeline.

Angder stays in the ambulance, feeling immensely guilty, "will he be OK? what exactly is wrong?"

[Chains]

I finish my food and go to the kitchen to place my dishes into the sink. I then go outside and fly up to the roof. Laying down, I look up into the sky.

Ambulance staff: FutuTech told us, that his brain implant jammed and overheated, causing him to lose consciousness. There's nothing we can do about it. We have to wait for them, to take care of it. We are only going to keep an eye on him and make sure that nothing worse happens.

[Angder]

Angder nods as the ambulance arrives at the hospital. ANgder climbs out, looking guilty. "F all I can do then..."

Angder starts to walk back to the apartment.

???- She watched as Angder walked back. Deciding that maybe she should spy on him a little, see if he's important or particularly close to her dear old friend. Maybe she should try to get in their good graces, sneak her way into their little circle of friendship and trust, though she'd have to make sure he didn't see her. That would make the fun part start a little too soon.

Jackal twist and turns in his sleep. Gasping as he wakes up, looking around quickly as if he thought someone was watching him. He sits up. Leaning over a bit as he puts his head between his hands. Slowly trying calm down.

[Angder]

Angder felt distinctly like he was being watched, but he always did now, he swore Fout's paranoia was rubbing off. Angder shivered. "At least fluff-face is in good hands now..."

[The Past]

Geoff finally arrived near the property, hidden by the forest's edge. He watched the ambulance leave, too late to see what that was about. Of course someone else had to get injured. And Geoff thought, if he kept up with his stupidity, he might end up in one of those as well.

He felt he could hold the invisibility spell for one more go.
He focused, inhaled and exhaled and... nothing.

"Damn it..."

He didn't want to risk going into the property with his robes on. Chances are, Angder and Grunan will be right there to tackle him as soon as they notice.

He tried it again. Inhale... Exhale... still visible.
He groaned. "Feck me..."

"...Wait."

He remembered he had his normal clothes underneath. He completely forgot he planned that this time. He really needed to get some rest.

Though he forgot about the bag to put everything in.

"Damn it..."

[Grovygrunge]

???- The wolf started to follow Angder from a distance, quickly crossing the street and tailing him. Doing her best to look inconspicuous. If she was spotted she'd just pretend she was checking the place out and say she was considering getting a room here. That would help with the whole getting in to their good graces thing.

Jackal felt stressed and worried and decided to go for a run. Not really caring about how dark it was he got prepared. Putting on a different pair of shorts, forgetting about his shirt as he left the room. He headed toward the stairs and began walking downward. Moving to the exit of the apartment complex and opening the door. Stopping right outside.

[Angder]

Angder approaches the apartments, and sighs. "Yep, successful days. Almost killed, almost murdered someone..." Angder steps inside, and sees Xander lying on a couch. "Hey... Xander..."

*was startled when angder walked in*

Jackal looks toward the tree line ahead of him. Sighing softly as he starts running. His whole body disappearing momentarily in a dark cloud before reappearing inside the forest. Like another happened he continues to run.

Xander was still asleep, his head had finally dried off but the couch was still soaked where he was sitting. It wasn't hard to guess something had happened. The puddle he left in the main foyer was still there too.


???- A grin spread across her face as she entered the main foyer and heard Angder say his name. He has a connection to him. She struck gold. She peaked past Angder and saw Xander lying there asleep, holding some one close. Oh and a girlfriend maybe? This was going to be just too easy.  She looked at the puddle and shook her head. What a wimp, you'd think he'd been born a cat and not a wolf the way water scared him. Then again that was probably her doing.

[Angder]

Angder looks with concern at Xander. "Is Xander OK?"
