A doomed timeline.

After Fluff and Anda finished the breakfast, they went on the roof.
They sat next to each other at the edge, hugging and watching the surroundings.

[Zarconite]

((No problem ))

Zarco - *Had already finished modifying his winged backpack and was now locating the fault on the race car*
*Managed to locate the fault and started fixing it*

[The Past]

Geoff woke up and was in a pretty good mood, so he decided to go to the downstairs kitchen to eat and possibly chat.

[Zarconite]

Zarco - *Slowed himself back down and was quite tired*
whew..
*Crossed the two items off the list*
now that I look at the list.. Its not quite as bad as earlier.. I was expecting the wiring issue to take ages!

*Walked back into the apartments and flopped onto the couch to rest*
*A small amount of blue smoke was coming from across Zarco's fur*

[The Past]

Geoff finished eating and walked out of the kitchen with his cup of coffee.

"Oh hey--"
He noticed the smoke.
"--Uh, you okay, Zark...?"

[Zarconite]

Zarco - I.. think so..

are you alright..?

*As Geoff approached, he could feel a large amount of heat coming from Zarco*

[The Past]

"Yeah I'm feeling pretty good today... uh... did you do a, uh, magic thing?"

[Zarconite]

Zarco - ah, thats good.. to hear

Recently..?
yeah.. I sped up time to my maximum output..
how come?

[The Past]

Geoff raised his hands up toward Zarco as if warming them by a fire.

"You-you're like... a campfire," he joked.

[Zarconite]

Zarco - ah.. yeah.. that happens sometimes..
I need to stop using magic for a lil bit or I'll get mana burn again

Its sort of like a warning, but considering I'm on fire quite often, I sometimes miss it

I am pretty much a walking campfire now that I think about it

Fluffy fell asleep, still hugging Anda.

[The Past]

"I can do that, kinda, a fiery... shield thing," Geoff said, "I'd demonstrate, but, uh..."
He motions his hand at the furniture nearby.
"...things."

Zarco - Yeah I suppose..
Erhm.. how are you with your magic nowa days?

[The Past]

"Pretty good, actually. I've been training... though it wears me down a lot."
He shrugged sheepishly. "I tend to overpower my spells sometimes... Not too efficient yet..."

[Zarconite]

Zarco - Yeah.. I know the one, at first I was the same
Eventually you get a feel for your limits and know just how much to use on an attack..

sometimes, you just need to find your limits to know when to stop
also, distraction spells are useful.. low powered bolts that are designed to distract an enemy to allow you to use a medium powered spell more effectively

if you use your magic more efficiently then you'll be able to fight for longer
