Grunan extended his left hand, preferring not to use his burnt right one at this time. In fact he preferred not to move his entire arm, burnt and blackened as it was.

Cassy gently opened her eyes and noticed the necklace glowing as well. "Huh...?" Looking down, Cassy gently tugged her necklace out to see if hers was glowing as well.

Cifero gently but firmly shook Grunan's hand, having already extended his left hand on the assumption that Grunan would not want to use his burned right arm at all. "Nice to meet you," he said.

[The Past]

Geoff relaxed as he lay on the couch, still feeling awful about what happened.
