Had some chicken today too. It's great. Made a burrito thingy out of it, with some cheese and corn.

Chicken burritos (burritos de pollo) 
hope it was good, not used to seeing corn in burritos, might try it one day


Then again, ,one of my favorite marinated meats for burritos has pineapples in them

I'd try the pineapple most likely, they're good. It was home made so I just added what I like.

I'd do the same
marinated meat, beans, rice, onions, cilantro, and fresh hot sauce


(thinking about food, kind of makes SylVee forget about the aching tail)
