The terrain in Zevenaar is open from 3.00 PM onwards, but when I take the bus to Eindhoven I'd have 5 minutes to find the right train, so that isn't optimal. What we can do is that I arrive in Eindhoven at the bus station at 12.30. Then I can eat lunch and then take the train to Den Bosch at 1.00, so we even have half an hour or so spare.

In my case I'll have about 3 hours before you come that's perfectly fine though.

That's the croquette. Oh, and if you don't like mayo you can do it with mustard. Or just forget about the sauce. And if you don't like the croquette you can replace it with frikandel. Or you can do it without bread.

I don't get many memes.

A meat croquette has a meat salvicon on the inside, a goulash croquette has a meat salvicon mixed with goulash. The layer around the salvicon are bisquit or bread crumbs.
Salvicon is a bit like ragout, but thicker. It doesn't really behave like a liquid.
