Even regular snowfall is rare.

Weather moments I can remember - was in 2006.
When my grandma and an aunt asked me if I would buy some items at a store, seemed cloudy, all of a sudden as I was walking to my aunt's home, there was strong rain downpour, I was soaking wet in seconds. I had fun. That downpour lasted about 5 minutes, before it went cloudy again.
That was in Leon, Guanajuato in Mexico.

There's an airport in Wroclaw too I believe. It's only 100 kilometers then. Or 70 something miles if you will. And there's a bus going there too. I could pick you up from the airport.

Such as the name of the state where my grandma is from in Mexico - I'm sure it will be hard Guanajuato.
