What's funny is that I had little excuse. I didn't really eat much sugar-loaded things (aside from soda), nor did I eat excessively in general. Much of what I ate was pasta for the last few years.

A big misconception people have about low-carb (Atkins) diets is that "carbs are bad for you!". Carbs are good for you, but when you're 'blessed' with a crazy efficient metabolism and have built up a lot of fat, consuming fewer carbs will push your body to burn that stored fat instead of the much-easier glucose.

Also, while you can eat bacon, moderation is still very important. I use bacon bits on just about everything.

Well, I just eat healthy, so I don't really worry about snacks.

That's good! If you want to gain a little more weight, a moderated high carb diet would be good. I have a friend who's unhealthily underweight from illness and is currently doing such a diet. Mainly eating pasta and such, not sugary treats.

Personally, I'm not going for skinny or even 'average'. My goal is just slightly chubby, where it doesn't affect anything, and having my muscles worked out to compensate.

I don't mind being underweight, really. As long as it doesn't get worse, I'll be fine.

Only reason I have it changed to 50 was to easier ctrl-f search for a certain post in a huge thread. I might change it back to 15 because it's easier to handle imo.

Heh, it's a Halloween one I made a couple years ago. I noticed it in my imgur again recently and was amused by the expression, so I decided to use it again.

As for the reason behind the expression... Well, being a ghost kinda sucks.
