I was too young to remember feeling Loma Prieta, my mom did day it was barely felt it, in 1989 I was around 3 years old
1994 Northridge I do remember feeling, at the time I was living in Los Angeles... well Anaheim, very close to LA
the most recent I experienced was Nisqually in 2001, as it happened near Olympia WA... so it was felt all over Seattle area
you can say, still waiting for the big one, hopefully never happens during my our lifetime, supposted to happen every 300 year or so, its almost 20 years overdue, as the last one was in 1700 according to the past evidence, next one should have been sometime in early 2000's
(this big one would be something over 9.0, last over 5 minutes, would shake from Canada all the way down to southern California - just like it did in Japan in 2011 and Indonesia in 2004 and Chile in 1960)
documentaries do catch my attention quite a lot, history and geography I do love, way more than before
