Really interesting.
Meanwhile I learned that people do happiness wrong.
Watched an old TED talk saying that people are more productive if they're happy, because if you only get motivated and happy from achieving new goals you set new ones and never really reach happiness. And if you find happiness in small things you also kickstart your brain into action and can reach goals much easier.

Huh that's pretty interesting.

I didn't know that.

I think I always felt that but didn't really know there's actual research behind it.

And now I want to spread the news because it might help some people out.

If you're interested, few things that were recommended were: journaling, especially writing down 3 things you're grateful for every day, meditation and random acts of kindness.

And it really shows that positive outlook physically gives you benefits

Well I already do one out of three I do try and be nice and helpful for others and just random acts of kindness I don't write what I am grateful for but I do write my problems in my personal journal.

Well you can try and add some positive thoughts there if you want to.
Never really hurts and might just work out

I just find it helps when I write it down gets out the negative and leaves the positive.

Yeah. I don't often write stuff down but when I'm really feeling bad or have a mess in my head it helps to get things straight and process them.
The explanation they gave for writing good things down is that you relive these memories and therefore get some extra happiness during the day.

I guess that works out to not so much for me but maybe for others.

I mean nothing works for everyone.

Gotcha. so how's your day been so far?

It's been pretty great. Got stuff done, met up with two different friends, and one of them has a great idea for a game and we want to make it happen now

OOH what's the game Idea

Kinda like Megaman, but more based on the NT warrior anime if you've heard of that.
Basically platformer, you're a computer program fighting viruses.
But also kinda a beat'em'up, you have like 3 attacks and you can combo them in different ways for different things. And abilities.

Though this is honestly a super early concept and we don't even have a Google Doc with ideas.

Well I can try and help with ideas it sounds like a neat concept I haven't heard of the megaman NT though but with a little time and research I can get a basic understanding.

It's basically mega Man (I mean it's literally a spin-off of Megaman lol) but he's a computer program not a robot thing.
Honestly it's a pretty fun little show with like two seasons of 30ish episodes I think.
Friend is pretty creative so I'm sure we're good on ideas but feel free to pitch in anyway
