those where annoying time, I would spend at least 2 to 3 hours all alone in the dens I would normally have fun in. I would have to find ways of having fun.

For me staying up at night was my normal (for almost 11 years) big change

It came pretty easily though, which is surprising. You kinda brute forced it though, by not sleeping too much for 2 days.

Not that easy, had to lay down in darkness in for hours

Yeah... But you just popped into it. Besides the occasional oversleep there hasn't been much rejecting of it as far as I'm aware.

I hops in bed around 1am, many times I falls asleep around 2am - usually wake up in 9 hours time (11am)

Well it's 1:15 now. And I'm sleepy. But I won't sleep before I see Mara.

Sleep when you need to. It's what I do.

So far is been going - didn't oversleep this time, did woke up in the middle of the night, watched a movie, fell asleep after. 9 hours of rest.
