Yeah... They do things. It's good. I sometimes get headaches if I have too much screen time but it's a lot less common with glasses.

Yeah... You can get the 0 glasses with a filter. Might help. But also might be expensive so don't do it unless you have spare money.

Use them! World is in HD! if you have the filter on them you should at least use them for the screen. And I believe you can check that if you look at an angle. The reflection will have some color. Green or purple or whatever else.

That might or might not be true. I stay the same while my friend who does less games and stuffs is at -4 already I think. And we started the same 6 years ago.

But that's just temporary. It happens to me too. But it happened when I was reading a book all day too. It's just due to not using the eye muscles at all because you're looking at something that's the same distance away all the time.
