My mum knows that our WiFi is slow... but there's not much we can do about that. We'll just have to wait for BT to get fibre optics fitted up here. Which will take a while, as there are only 500-ish people on our island.

Ouch. I know the feeling. I still say that if we'd change the provider they'd maybe start doing something about the connection but the cable we have is kinda slow too.

Meanwhile in Britain, BT owns basically every telecommunications service in the country.

Well, Orange as they're called basically own all the cables and stuff too. But I'd think that a different provider will have a better influence on them than just me.

Seems to be downloading at a smooth pace... I'll probably forget that I left it on my USB. But at least I'm conserving disk space on my laptop.

I don't think it'll run from usb. And it's only longer 300MB.

Hmm, fair point. It might run, but it'd be super slow. Or might not run since few things are made to run from usb. But I guess worth a shot.
