Hello, my name is...Incredibly Indecisive

Hi, I'm Befoeme and I really want to be apart of this community! But I have a small issue. I cannot pick an animal to be my Fursona for the sake of my life. So I'm trapped in an enigma of what should I do and I thought this forum could help me a little. So that's why I'm here.


Why am I so indecisive? T-T

If you cannot think of any species at the moment, take your time. I assure you, you will find something you resonate with eventually. Also, I don't do this myself, but several people choose to maintain several fursonas. If you are able to narrow your choices down just slightly, it can make things significantly easier. Something unique, or something common if you really prefer that. Either way, it is your choice.

That's the problem I keep thinking I made the correct decision, then I see things that make me want to change my mind!

Ever considered a hybrid?
There isn't anything stopping you from changing your sona at a later date, so potentially you could reiterate your sona completely when you felt the need to do so.

I based mine species on my personality.

I always try to stay independent. I don't like working in group. I generally try to not care about what others say about me.
This equals cat.

I always try to outrun others. If not strategically, then by sheer force.
That gives wolf.

I thought about something more exotic, like completely different species or other parts, like wings (many have them), but I'm scared of how it will work out. So far I'm sticking to having two tails, which doesn't seem to be common [edit: and is cosmetic only].

Also think of your hobbies, besides furry fandom of course. I'm really into futuristic fantasy, so that's why I have all this equipment, and also into fantasy in general, so I have magic (but from what I see, almost everyone has it too ;_; ).

I really like the DnD fantasy, Odin Sphere, the like.


See, I choose rabbit because if you think about it, it is an all situation animal. think of any situation a fursona could be in and it could be a rabbit. Which I like because I'm so incredibly indecisive.  And I could keep one as a pet, **B-B-B-BONUS**. I also have a prey-like personality, which means I get burned by people...A LOT. I like to help others, which shows many of my weaknesses, which I have a lot. Basically, I am a rabbit at heart. Thanks Obey138
