Enlightened L4 here.
I operate in central-southern Poland (NR02-FOXTROT-08 region), using Alcatel OneTouch Pixi7, but it doesn't have GSM module, so I have to also keep wireless router with me, which keeps me from playing often.
Also, most of portals in my area are high level, which doesn't let me to level up faster.

People should be more aware of this game. It's both highly addictive and healthy.

There are a lot of people in my area. Most organizational stuff happens on Google+, since you either have or create an account there if you play Ingress. Search for groups in your city or county and you'll find a lot =)
