Cif examined the wand. "... Maybe you should handle this," she said, handing the wand to Cinder. "I'm going to go change."

Tempest yawned and threw her empty plate away. She smiled, happy that the party had died down and that she was being left alone. She romped to the kitchen to get a drink from the fridge as she sang and hummed softly to herself.

Clare looked around for Alka and Tulip.

*Alka was seated at the party, about to fall asleep. For a party, it wasn't really very lively.*

*Tulip was sat down as well, but worried about Geoff. She wasn't sure if she should go find him or not*

*Gaia was a bit frustrated, but still played music and sung. She was gonna give both Cif and Ulvus a stern talking to after the last few people left*

Cif sang alongside Gaia, wondering why she looked frustrated. Huh.... I suppose this party needs to be livened up at the very end, she thought, smiling. "Gaia... I think it's time," she whispered, still playing her accordion. "Let's do it!"




At a signal from Cif, Clare ran around the house and told people to come to the front room, because there was something that was going to be happening.

She turned around and shrugged. Romping into the front room with grape soda in paw.

((No Cif. They haven't. Maybe Ulvus has, but Cif definately hasn't been singing the whole time))

Gaia: About time. Let's just wait for everyone to gather first. *Gaia quickly played the four chords again*

Cif tuned her accordion. "Right... I guess I'm Lee then," she said. "Also, the next time this time of year comes around, someone else better do the planning. I wasn't even up here half the time."

((We were. But introductions ended up taking multiple days worth of the celebration ))

*Gaia rolled her eyes* Gaia: At this rate, I doubt anyone besides you would want to plan this.

[The Past]

((Geoff is still downstairs sorry, was asleep))

Geoff ended up falling asleep against the wall in the lobby. He was laying down, his blanket cocoon unraveled from squirming around. Occasionally he grunted and whimpered.

Crest- *crest sighs and sits on the top* bloody New Years

Cinder took the wand gingerly, turning it over in her paws. "Hmm.... I've never really done magic, myself, my sister's gifted at it though, as she is with just about everything....." She mumbled idly. "She doesn't use a wand though, at least not one like this. Does it work with spells or something or, you just, y'know, point it." She gave the wand a swift flick through the air and pointed it at Cecilia's enlarged weight for emphasis.

[The Past]

Geoff (still laying against the wall in the lobby) grunted and turned in his sleep. He pushed the blanket slightly off his chest, exposing some of his wounds. The visible portion appeared as four intersecting lines across his chest, the vertical line continuing downward to the rest of the covered scars. It was as if someone etched a design into him.
