*A magical rift opens in the sky, like the fabrics of space ripped in two. The rip was a fair distance away from the apartments, but still clearly visible. Thunder erupted from the sky above and a single entity fell out and landed on the ground, leaving no crater surprisingly. After the entity existed the rip it collapsed with a loud boom, and a single bolt of lighting hit the ground perpendicular to where the portal was in the sky*
