Daisy nodded slowly. "I see... Well, you could always talk to her," she said, swishing her tail. "Perhaps you could explain why..." Daisy stopped short as the door's constant opening and closing registered in her ears. "... Did you hear that?"

[Angder]

"Sounds like we have visitors..." Angder walks out into the corridor. "hello?"

[Kromas Ndorai]

Wayward slowly moved out of the kitchen, looking for the source of the voice. It seemed familiar... Probably Angder, by any luck.

He spoke quietly, and in a less harsh tone than he used to.
"Urh... Hello...?"

[Angder]

"Oh hey... Wait... do I know you?" The figure seemed familiar somehow...

[Kromas Ndorai]

"Urh.... "
He looked around the room, and back to him.
"Possibly..."
There was a faint scent of smoke.

[Cifero Windtail]

Daisy peeked out from the library's entryway, unsure if she should make herself known or not.

[Angder]

"Smoke?" Angder sighs. "I know Kro when I smell him. Kro."

[Kromas Ndorai]

"I.... I don't appeal to that name anymore, but yes... I would prefer it if you called me Wayward. But this can't be known by anyone else, okay?"

[The Past]

The salamander walked up the stairs to Geoff's apartment and knocked on the door.

Geoff, who was zoning out on his couch, stayed silent for a few moments before hearing her voice.

"Geoff? It's Adrienne. I need to talk with you..."

"Oh!" Geoff walked to the door and opened it. "Oh hey... Uh, come in. "

Adrienne stepped inside and Geoff shut the door.

[Angder]

"Wayward... right..." Angder pauses, he would put 'Kro' into google in the evening, find out what the heck happened.

[Kromas Ndorai]

"Thanks... Anything changed much since I left? Got'cha self a mate yet?"
He laughed slightly after.
"Nah, only kidding."

[Angder]

Angder pushes kro back slightly. "HEY. What is that supposed to mean?"

[Cifero Windtail]

Daisy blushed lightly and retreated into the library. I probably wasn't supposed to hear that, she said, holding her tail to her stomach. I might as well play it like I haven't heard anything. Sighing, Daisy exited the library and walked into the hall, glancing around for a minute before "spotting" Angder and Wayward from a distance. However, since she didn't particularly know this guy, she just leaned against the wall for a minute, looking at the ground and shyly messing with her tail hoops.

"Nothing, just making a joke... Ya'know, as you normal folks do up here... I hope I didn't get the wrong end of the metaphorical humor stick..."

[Angder]

"Well, Wayward where are you staying right now? Getting a room here?"
