Out of desperation I use my telekinesis to collect what she was choking on and take it out through her mouth hopping to clear her throat and lungs.

*That only worsens it, and the milk goes further down her windpipe. She collapses onto the ground, now completely unable to breathe*

[Chains]

"Th... that didn't work?" I ask starting to panic. I see zarco standing. "Call for help!" I demand trying to keep Gaia alive.

[Zarconite]

Zarco - *Rushed over to Gaia and propped her up so that he could perform the heimlich maneuver on her*

[Angder]

Angder hears the commotion, he was coming downstairs at the time, and rushes into the room. "Whats going on!?" he spots Gaia on the floor. and crouches down. "what happened?"

[Chains]

"She was drinking milk and started choking." I say stepping back to let Zarco try.

[Setcho]

*who was already on the stairs follows angder*

hey whats go.....oh my....ill call for help

*quickly dialling the emergency services*

*At this point Gaia has fainted, and was easy to move around. Her face was completely purple, and she almost seemed dead*

Zarco - *Checks Gaia's pulse before performing the heimlich maneuver on her*

[Angder]

Angder tries to help Zarco... But there is little he can do. Punching the problem was unlikely to help.

[Chains]

"Come on, Come on." I plead then go to push her down. "she needs air." I say giving her mouth to mouth.

*Gaia's pulse is slowly fading. The shock from seeing Chains probably helped keep her heart-rate even somewhat stable. The heimlich managed to get the milk out of her windpipe, which she ended up spitting out onto the table. She had still fainted, and her breathing patterns/heart rate weren't stable enough to easily recover from*

I stop to let the paramedics do there job.

[Zarconite]

Zarco - *heard the paramedics coming in, and quickly checked Gaia's pulse again just to be sure*
*He formed into an orb of bright white energy and escaped through the open window as not to be seen by the paramedics*
