"Ah, w-well, at least there's something..."

Geoff sat down on a bench. "What's it like being, uh, pure energy?"

Zarco - Strange to say the least..
*he walked back over to the pond and sat down, leaving a trail of energy on the ground*

I'm technically not alive.. as I don't have a body in this state
I can still interact with objects but it takes much more strength than normal

also, I get tired quite easily as I'm burning through alot of energy like this

[The Past]

Geoff took a sip from his coffee.
"Mmh, you should probably not do much, then," he said. "Like, lay down somewhere safe until the gem thing is done. Conserve energy..."

[Zarconite]

Zarco - Yeah.. I've been sleeping alot more recently.. but I should be alright

I need to go visit Gaia at some point, but going out into public like this probably isn't the best idea..

[The Past]

Geoff's ears rose. He was away earlier and hadn't heard of Gaia's accident.

"In public? Where is she?"

[Zarconite]

Zarco - hospital.. she choked on milk.. last thing I heard was that she was okay
but I'd rather go and visit her when I can

*Zarco looked towards the front doors*

[The Past]

"She... choked on milk..." Geoff wore a puzzled expression. "O-okay, that's... a-are you sure it wasn't something else? Like... a stroke or something? Timed odd?"

[Zarconite]

Zarco - I'm pretty sure it was just milk.. I know it sounds a bit weird but maybe it got into her airways somehow?

[The Past]

Geoff ducked his head with an awkward half-grin. "I-I've done that before... It takes effort to get hospitalized from that, u-unless a-a brain goof or something happened..."

[Zarconite]

Zarco - well, I had to perform the heimlich maneuver on her, I'm not sure if it helped..
but I had to make a quick escape as the paramedics came in so I couldn't really hear their assessment too much

"That wouldn't work with liquid, I think..."

Geoff leaned forward, peering into his coffee cup and sighed.

"Well, I hope she's okay... if they get the milk out of her lungs alright, hopefully she will recover okay, if it wasn't a stroke or whatever..."

Zarco - I hope so..

how's things been for you recently..? I don't think I've seen you around that often

"uh, I've been alright, I suppose," Geoff replied, "Been hanging out with an old friend, learning spells and stuff."

Zarco - Ah, cool!
what sort of spells are you looking into? if you don't mind me asking..

<thinking> I wonder if I can use spells like this?

"I can just do fire and stun spells right now, but I'm learning healing now."
