The Fur Apartments: Revamped! <Closed> [PM application only]

[The Past]

Geoff crawled around his room, feeling around until his hand reached the stick resting against the wall. It was a tree branch about 5 feet in length which he had brought in when he first moved in. He liked the idea of having a cane or staff of some kind while he explored, so he would often grab sticks and metal rods. Once again, he tried to block any further thoughts.

He left his apartment slowly, knocking his makeshift cane along the floor until he reached one of the elevators. He couldn't remember which one was out of order, so he tried hitting the button on both.

[Isabella]

*Smiling happily at meeting someone and not being forced to hunt around this huge place* Hey I’m Isabella but everyone just calls me Isy *sticks her paw out to offer a handshake* I’m actually just looking for a room is it really ok if I just pick a room at random?

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*As Alka comes down the stairs he notices Geoff with a walking stick* Alka: Geoff? You alright?

[Arcizo]

Arcizo shakes her hand. "Yeah, you can just choose any room. I'm Arcizo, but you can call me Arc if you like".

[Isabella]

*smiling* Hey Arc thanks this is a nice place but considering how big it is I was expecting more people...

[The Past]

Geoff's ears twitched and he instinctively turned toward Alka's voice. They lowered. "N-no, not really..."

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka's ears lowered as well* Alka: So... The mixture turned you blind huh...? Su-... Wait... I can fix that... Anyway, did the pure energy work? Is Zarco around?

[The Past]

"I-I think so. It sounded like i--Wait, you can fix it?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka nodded, and then remembered Geoff is blind. Alka walks closer to Geoff, making sure not to get too close* Alka: Well, sort of. It's definately not something I can fix instantly, and it's not guaranteed to work. The entire process... Might end up taking 4-5 days... Minimum. That's providing I can actually do what I need to do.

[The Past]

Geoff grinned. "Good enough for me. Wh-what's the process?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka's voice got a bit quieter* Alka: This isn't something I share with everyone but... I have powers. I call it "Mind Bending" but it does more than just manipulate/read thoughts. Provided a stable connection, I can actually control someone's entire body through the networking in their brain. You see, the occipital lobe is usually the centre of visual processing. If that's been damaged I can rewire the brain to give you a second occipital lobe... of sorts. If that's not what's wrong, I can manipulate stem cell control in your body and send some to your eyes... Provided this process works, whatever cells had previously been damaged should be replaced... And if all else fails, I could give you special... erm... special glasses...

[The Past]

Geoff frowned. A mind-reader. He hated, HATED the idea of someone reading his mind. That actually bothered him the most out of all that, even the body control bit, strangely.

"A-a-is the... thought reading required in this?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka kept his voice low* Alka: No. Thought reading is a somewhat separate manner. See, I can't do more than 1 thing with someone at a time, so if I'm busy reading your mind or something, I can't really repair your vision. Or vice versa. But, you can trust me. I am after all, a licensed psychiatrist/psychologist. Which basically means I took a moral and ethical oath not to abuse my patients in any way, shape or form. And mind reading....? I'm at least 99.2% sure that counts.
