[The Past]

"'Ninety-nine point two'..."
Geoff's sightless eyes gazed at the floor as he thought. He trusted Alka for the most part, but not entirely. Was it worth possibly risking his most private possessions to get his eyesight back? He'd rather save that for a back-up plan. This blindness could still be temporary. He had to keep telling himself that.

"... I-I... I guess I'll do it, b-but, I'll like to wait a few days. See if m-my eyes heal up on their own..."

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka, not being one to force people to do anything, didn't bother pushing it onto Geoff. He just had a hunch that he would be having this convo with him again* Alka: Alright. Hey, if you could not just tell everyone I could read their minds, that would be great. Not many people realise it's a lot harder than it sounds, and everyone will just think I know their next move without needing to give it much thought. And while I only need to focus on a person to begin reading their minds, their thoughts are their business, until it suddenly becomes my business. Like if someone was my patient.

[Zarconite]

Zarco - *sits down on the couch and turns the TV on, he tries to relax himself*
<thinking> Okay.. I'm 90% sure I'm alive, I just need to look like I'm okay.. I can hopefully deal with this internally.. maybe put on a happy face, or just a face that doesn't scream "HELP"

[The Past]

Geoff nodded. "Alright." He wasn't one to spread secrets. He had plenty of his own.

"Have you seen Angder?" he asked. "He was there with me when the thing happened."

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka lightly tapped Geoff's arm as one of the elevator doors opened* Alka: No, I haven't. By the way, it's the elevator to your left. I'm going to go check where Zarco is... He'll probably need a de-briefing... *Alka heads downstairs*

[The Past]

"Th-thank you."

Geoff entered the elevator and went down to the lobby.

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Alka decides to check the living room* Alka: Might be some ironic humour. I did hear that he was a bit of a kidder *Alka then walks towards the living room, and notices the TV on, before going inside*

Zarco - *was holding one of the cushions in his arms and was huddled in the corner of the L shaped couch*
*he was focused on the TV at the time*

*Alka sat down next to Zarco, moving slowly* Alka: Hey... Great to see that it worked...

*after saying goodbye to Arc she walks towards the elevator and starts to head upstairs to find a empty room*

Zarco - *Jumped at the sight of Alka*

*his stripes were pitch black and his eyes were bloodshot*

*Alka gave a worried expression looking at Zarco* Alka: Oh jeez... He's worse than I thought he would be... Alright, just keep it together Alka. He is just another patient coming in to see you. *Alka closed his eyes and as he reopened them he smiled gently* So... I was planning to get the guy you fused with back. Need to gather the ingredients again though. Want to help?

[Arcizo]

In the corner of his eye, Arcizo notices Zarco run into the living room. He follows him and sees Alka talking to him. "Sorry to intrude but I need to speak to you in a minute Zarco." He then takes a seat on the couch closest to the door.

A full minute passed, the rabbit simply waiting, thinking. The thing had been clearly distraught, traumatized even... Just how long had they been hiding there? Perhaps it simply wasn't his business. Taking another swig from his refilled water bottle, Alex makes his way back out again... Crossing over toward the lounge to retrieve his things.
