Clare smiled widely and kissed Alka's nose, holding his paw as he held hers.




Daisy quickly blocked the strike with ease; her movement was almost supernaturally fast.

The maneuver only took a split-second. One moment, her blade was at her side, and the next, it was in perfect position, deflecting his strike harmlessly to the side. Hopping back, Alex takes a second to try and examine the motion, to try and capture it in his vision... Before stepping in again for another go, feinting a swing into an upward strike.

The wolf closed her eyes and rested her head on Alka's shoulder, murring contentedly. "Well... come to think of it, I did have a few dreams," Clare replied, returning the favor as she scratched Alka's shoulders.




Daisy missed blocking it, but managed to dodge just in time. "Nice one," she said, resuming a defensive position.

*Alka smiled and continued to rub Clare's back* Alka: Well, want to share?

There! He could feel her blade shifting into place, taking the bait, forcing her to use her body to escape. The buck doesn't let up, starting to hit some sort of rhythm in a series of strikes, each trying to herd her, to force her weapon into where he wants it, to open her up for the next... Eventually he would get his chance. But the seams are clear, each motion still has a clear beginning, a clear end... A sure sign of someone trained by rote, un-attuned to any real flow.

Daisy, having finally got a good sense, of Alexander's flow, finally stopped blocking. "Okay, you can stop n..."




Clare lowered her ears a little and looked down. "... Well, um... The beginning involved stuff I haven't told you about yet involving... er... what I am, but in the second half, I dreamed about you and me living together, and..." A blush spread across the wolf's face, one hand touching her bare stomach.

Leaping into the air, the rabbit decides to try something new. Vaulting right over Daisy, he lands into a spin, a leg pulling up, bending... But right before he lashes out with a kick, the command reaches him, and he halts, hesitates, leaving himself in a rather... Difficult position. In fact, it lasts for about a second, a pose never intended to be held, before he stumbles back onto both feet, which in turn ends with him having to keep himself from toppling before regaining his balance. "R-right, right..."

Daisy nodded and set the sword down. "How are you with hand-to-hand fighting?"




Clare blinked and looked up at Alka. "Huh? Oh, um... right." The wolf got comfortable and sighed. "You see, Alka... I'm a... A Nephiliim," she said, blushing darkly and rubbing her arm. "Do you know what that is?"

"Well... It's like I said, I'm no martial artist.", Alex gives back, letting the tension fade from his body as he sheathes his blade, placing it back where it belongs. "I... Suppose the basics."

Daisy nodded and turned away for a moment to stretch. "How's your body?" she asked.
