Alistair woke with a jolt, immediately snarling and getting defensive since he didn't recognize Angder. Fur bristling, which made the sand fall from his fur and reveal the pink coat beneath.

Angder steps back. The characteristic pink fur barely registered for him. He had not realized it, but his color vision was fading... He knew Al did not like him much though.

Alistair huffed, finally recognizing Chains. Sitting down he shook the rest of the sand from his fur, the saber looked to Angder; He looked.. different, but was still all the same to Alistair's eyes.
