"They chipped me, ya know, like a feral dog." Angder said, disgruntled "And they want to keep me here, by brainwashing or something."

"I shocked myself, with electricity" Angder states, "and we are forced to stay here... we are not allowed to leave..."

Why does that sound familiar and perfectly correct Drago thought to himself The way I attacked the authority of the government was almost instinct

"No idea about the cuffs" ANgder places a paw on the wound, and then rips part of his coat to make something to cover it." That should help.

"Hahaha" Drago grabbed the cloth and made tight makeshift bandage over the wound, "I would have done that but I traded my shirt for sunglasses with some weird dude outside the station where I was released, listen could they track me, I fought against the law and lost remember, the time you left me paralyzed"

"Shit... we need to run" ANgder thinks, "wait a sec" he pulls a knife, and jams it into the cuffs, he pulls on it for a second, and the cuffs break. "NOW We need to run"
