Would end up becoming pretty warm if it's not well-ventilated, but it's perfectly possible since I know of a rather famous furry who sleeps in their full suit.

I've never been medically diagnosed with Trichotillomania but my mom has a Master's Degree in Psychology and Counseling (she also worked in a women's shelter, as a social worker, one of the supervising managers of a foster home, and she was a case manager for mentally ill adults) and she said I have it, so...
