I got my driver's license late. Only when I was 17 did I get my permit when I could have done it two years earlier.

My favorite Sci-Fi game being the Mass Effect series. I love Mass Effect! In terms of movies, my favorite is Star Wars. Mandalorians are SO cool!

Plus, this is the era where people use their claims of "discomfort" to silence others, so I tend to keep my eyes peeled for that.

I've never shot a gun before, and for a long time I thought of guns as the "coward's weapon". Now I'm aware of the skill involved from an old close friend. He is actually pro-gun control, despite the stereotype of " obama no take muh guns!!!!" with US gun owners.

And I'm too afraid and just disinterested in driving. I took driving class though. I did okay, but I don't feel its worth the risk. If I cause an accident I will never forgive myself.

Also, I hate how slow I type on my tablet. ._.

I have a driver's license, but due to my mom's control over my insurance payments, I am not legally allowed to drive. I guess I'll have to wait until I move out to my dad's.

I find the design of cars interesting and like watching videos of customization with paint jobs and such. The mechanical stuff, though, my mind cannot comprehend.

I've been trying to meditate more, but it's hard to find silence in the middle of Seattle.

I know that, so tough with so much annoying and distracting sounds - from my home I can hear the bells and whistles of the light rail all day, gets very annoying

I would absolutely love to live somewhere with grey weather. A little rain even. Wherever that might be in the US.

I suppose I could drive to Mt. Rainier, but it's still a public area. And it's cold.

Shutting the sound off is often the hardest part. Try putting on headphones and listening to something soothing and monotonous, which your mind can easily "filter" out.

It took me along time to learn to shut off the noise. Now people have thought I died one cause they couldnt get me to respond when I was on the couch mediating lol

I sometimes forget that the random board exists and try to keep things 'on topic' despite derailment being allowed here. Reason being that the board is actually the newest board on the forums, considering it wasn't here from the start.
