It's too hard to just choose one - especially when I'm mostly carnivore.
'Carne Asada' - grilled steak, used a lot in Latin American dishes - my favorite to cook is ground beef, I can get creative and use it in various ways.

Seafood! love seafood (my inner felines wants to come out for this part), stuffed squid is my most favorite. Also love seafood on Sushi

Tried alligator recently. Probably not going to unseat rabbit as my favorite meat but it was pretty good! It almost seemed like a greasier version of turkey.

Its hard to choose a favorite meat. I love it all, but if I had to pick a favorite I would beef especially the various cuts used in steaks and the cheeks.
