Calixso licks his own lips because they had been still so long they had begun to stick to each other.


"Good Morning to you, my friend. I'm very good. Not entirely sure about what the commotion was that just happened but it seems to be over now. And how are you, my friend?"

[Angder]

"The last guest was more than 6 months ago..." The wolf shakes her head. "No I am sorry... I can't. Its not right for me to tell you" She closes the book. "We get a lot of people complaining about that sort of thing though... Guess the place must be haunted" She jokes. "Quite seriously... Its probably just this place. Towns dying. Simple as that, and idiots like Mr.Brill really don't help, whole place feels like its collapsing, sometimes that feeling gets to you."

"Anything else I can help you with?"

[Grovygrunge]

Addison smiled a little. "I'm good. Thank you. Had a weird night but that's about it." He turns to the receptionist. "Oh miss, erm...Is there anything strange about room 39? At all...?"

[Winter98]

Devareaux took a few steps back, letting Addison ask his questions

[Radio]

*Calixso looks around the room taking in his surroundings. Noting everything around him as he then turns back to zone back in to the conversation.*

[Angder]

"The rooms are all completely normal as I just said, Its just this town, this place..." She shifts uncomfortably. "If you want I can change your room, move you to room 38. It won't make any difference though..."

"Err... Anything else I can do for you three?"

[Radio]

*Calixso looks at the others before responding for himself*
No. No thank you mam. I am good. My room is, how you say, shipe shape."

[Grovygrunge]

"No, no it's okay." Addison gave a nervous smile to the receptionist. "Sorry, to be a bother, miss. Have a nice day." Addison moved away from the desk and tried to decide what he should do, he didn't want to be bored the whole time he was here that's for sure.

"Better a ask around.. maybe they have their own way of solving crime." Devareaux headed out of the hotel, taking a few looks around before heading down a stretch of sidewalk

Beryl enter the hotel and set his bags infront of the desk "excuse me is anybody here he asked". He looked around for somebody.

[Angder]

The receptionist glances over at the Siberian tiger who had just stepped through the door. It obviously must have taken a couple of seconds for his eyes to adjust to the gloom of the hotel. "Umm... yea... Welcome to the Broken-moon hotel... are you looking for a room? But it's... its 8 in the morning!"

As well as the receptionist there are two other people a present, (and beryl thinks he might have brushed past a third as he entered.) There is a Cat(Addison)... you think they are probably male but it's hard to be sure, and an African wild dog of some kind(Calixso).

The town was not that big, in the center is a small town square and high-street, a small number of shops are present on the high street, though there are also a lot of empty buildings. The square itself contains a police station, a fire-station, and a closed library. Up to the north of the town is the church, and the churchyard. That is apparently where the body was found, out in the Graveyard. There is also a lot of farmland around the town, in fact some of the housing round the outskirts has been converted into farm buildings.

Finally there are two large mansions outside of town, but within walking distance, one is currently occupied, the other seems to have fallen into disrepair, and to have become overgrown.

"The church.. better check there first." Devareaux headed there immediately, looking around town as he did "this place isnt that big.. not the kind of town you'd think a murder would happen." Devareaux checked his watch "8 AM.. perfect. Gives me plenty of time to look around"

Beryl startled slightly "oh hi there" he looked slightly embarrassed to have not noticed the group standing there. "Ye..yes im looking for a room. I just got into town this morning. Im on a foot vaction a holiday yall call it I believe". He looked around at the hotel, it didnt appear to npbe much but it would provide rest. He didnt believe in such things as ghost but if there were such a thing they were here.

Addison headed out to the square, glancing at the police and fire stations. Well...they have the necessities. That's good, I think. He walked over to the library only to find it was closed, he looked slightly dejected as he realised this and sighed sadly. "Oh..." That doesn't bode well for how entertained I'll be in this town...

[Radio]

*Calixso wanders around the town taking in as much as he can. Memorizing the roads and their qualities. It doesnt take him long to go over the majority of the town before he finds himself next to [size=0px]Devareaux at the church.* [/size]
