The priest nods politely to the two as the sergeant begins to exit. "If you can excuse me, I have work that needs doing..." He moves over to the alter, and seems to examine it for signs of damage, or dust. "So quiet most days... I wonder if my sons will visit me latter..." He mumbles to himself.
As Attono moves down the hill back into town, the thugs emerge moving in front of him to block his path, Tesh also emerges, but stays at the back, obviously not wanting to be in the front. "hey... We heard you were new here." The bull states. "And were poking your nose where you don't belong... along with some damn rusky. so... we want to tell you to leave." The thugs grin, and begin to advance. "Damn Foreigners." The cat glances back at Tesh. "Though He don't look foreign." The cat gestures to Devareaux. Tesh waves his hand dismissively "He helps them. Lets them in to pollute us, he is just as bad." The cat looks blank for a second, then blinks and nods. He then turns back, grinning madly. "Damn traitor"

Addison finds a whole host of creatures, most scary, though some are laughable, and a few that are just plain strange, The book seems to claim that most of the creatures are fictional, but a few it claims real evidence exists for... and some of the pictures look a bit too real... its hard not to be creeped out. One of the passages at the back describe a type of ghost, but someone taped a prayer over the image, apparently the ghost emerges from the corpses of the clinically insane to spread madness and despair to the living...
The prayer reads:
//May your way be lit through times of trouble.
May the evil that plagues your heart be purged.
May the corruption be undone and the guilt fall away.
For cause shall never again trouble mortal men, and is locked away. Stripped of its power to corrupt.
May god have mercy on her soul. And ours.
Amen//
