a crazy and awesome thought
« on: July 30, 2015, 06:02:32 PM »
I had the craziest thought, what is in another universe our fursonas are real and some of them call them selves "humies" and dress as humans (which for them are fictional). I want to hear what you think about this!

I find that to be compelling and completely plausible. If you take into account an infinite multiverse, then the preceding must be correct. In fact you must also be willing to understand that in any given universe where our fursonas are real, that it is entirely possible that the "humie's" name is our own. Taking the infinite complex into deeper consideration, in another universe we may coexist with our fursona(s) and in another we may worship them or they us.

Of course, if people in an alternate reality are anything like us, slavery and descrimination will be involved at some point.

This is true. But not in all universes. In some we may actually be peaceful and have accomplished more. And yes in others we may have obliterated ourselves already, and regrettably in some we may have obliterated both ourselves and our fursonas. There is infinite possibilities when you're given an infinite amount of universes

if the multiverse theory is true and their is evidence for it that means that every eventuality exists so that is a possibility :)
so yeah it is plausible if we are going to be pedantic about the meaning of every eventuality
sorry it happens when you copy and past

I was thinking more of a role reversal type alternate universe

This has diverged into infinite multiverse theory. Anything is possible if that is the case.

Specifically in a role reversal type universe...it would be quite an interesting concept. Because if you think about it their human art wouldn't be all da Vinci and whatnot. It'd probably be amine down to the core.

Not necessarily. It could be anatomically accurate on the same scale as Da Vinci. The diversity in anatomy would probably give rise to more variations in depictions of the body though.

I'm just curious about the logistics of dressing up in...skinsuits? Like what material would they be made from and how creepy might they look? But then again, they would probably ask us the same questions....

It makes me think of those kigurumi outfits with the exaggerated anime faces  XP Like these: http://lostnothings.weebly.com/uploads/9/9/2/0/9920160/354379330_orig.png

I can totally see it guys...

The demand for tailors would skyrocket. Imagine having to make clothes for plantigrades, digitigrades, avians, hybrids, et cetera.

This is true to the both of you. But keep in mind hallowofhaze that we can barely make drawings of our fursonas look anatomically correct and realistic. So if we're only talking about a role reversal, then we must assume the drawing is the same quality

Yes. I apologize if I made you think "traditional art" I meant avitars and personal edits requests and the like
