Jacob had waited only a moment after the two left the room, and to check to make sure it was clear, before sprinting out of it himself. His ears flicked as he could hear fighting down at the other end of the hall, but that wasnt his problem, not yet. First he had to find clothes, and a more suitable weapon, before he was willing to confront the others. The fox glanced back for a second to make sure he wasnt being followed, but as he turned back he rounded a corner, and collided right into a guard.
