The Siege of the Doomcasters Stronghold (IC)

Grunan follows Al. Leaning on his cane. "well... this is it." Grunan grins. "Ready to get this job?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

Al: As ready as you are... partner... *Al walks forward through the corridor, taking note of the odd cold*

[Zarconite]

*Around the corner was a medium sized room, the room had a noticeable shield barrier about half way down the room*
*Behind the shield there was a stairway with a shadowy robed figure with red glowing eyes. He seemed to be sat infront of a control panel*
*in the corners of the room were 2 other figures, one looked to be holding a spell, the other was on guard with a staff*

*In the non shielded side of the room, there was a doorway on one side of the room and a screen on the other*

??? (Central red eyed figure) - It would seem that we have newcomers
you couldn't have timed this any better, state your business..

[Angder]

Grunan looks to Al, and grins, gesturing for him to do the talking.

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Al kneeled down and hoped Grunan would follow* Al: I... am Al "The bloody" El-Kina... and this is my partner Grunan... We are mercenaries fighting for those with power... and Grunan picked up on a very high concentration here... We come offering our skills...

[Zarconite]

??? (Central red eyed figure) - *The figure looked over Al and Grunan*
Hmm.. I respect your bravery for entering our fortress..
I do have a few slots for.. talented.. fighters

If you are to join us, you will have to prove your loyalty to us
*He looked to the staff wielding figure and nodded to them*

??? (Staff wielding figure) - *Nodded back and left the room through a doorway behind the shield*

??? (Central red eyed figure) - I would like to know your fighting specialties before we go any further

[Angder]

Grunan nods, he had not kneeled. It was out of character for him. "Sounds good to me." he states. coldly. "What are we going to fight?"

[Dr. Alka Wolf]

*Al stood back up* Al: Thank you... Grunan and I have been partners for quite a while now... We work best together... As for my individual preferences... I've never lost a 1 on 1 fight before... Not once...

??? (Central red eyed figure) - Interesting.. As for who you will be fighting..
*He pressed a button on his control panel and the door next to him opened*

*A female fox was brought through looking quite upset, she was handcuffed and blindfolded*
*Also, a strong looking male fox was brought through, also handcuffed and blindfolded*

??? (Central red eyed figure) - Grunan.. I would like you to execute this female fox in front of my traitorous friend..

??? (blindfolded male fox) - What?! NO! Malek! I'm Sorry! I can explain!
Sophia! get out of here!

??? (Guard) - *Removed the blindfold from the male fighter and firmly kept them both in their places*

[Angder]

Grunan grins. "Execute?" he dashes forward, knees the poor fox in the stomach, blasts lightning through her so she collapses, and then grabs the Fur on the back of her head. He then grabs her face with his burnt hand, and starts chanting... After about 30 seconds of screaming, the fox seems to evaporate into thin air, leaving nothing behind.

"I can do far worse than that." Grunan said, a mad look in his eyes. His right arm seemed to steam slightly after casting his spells

Malek - *Let out an evil laugh*
Yes.. yes! You are the sort of person I'm looking for!

??? (male fox) - S..sophia..
*he dropped to his knees*
w..why.. would you do.. wh..
*He broke down in tears*

Malek - Now, its your turn Al.. Finish him off

*He signaled to the guard*
*The guard handed Al a shortsword*

*Al took the short sword* Al: Heh... Shouldn't have doubted you Grunan. Guess I could show off a bit here. *Al threw the short sword into the air. Once it started coming down he turned around a bicycle kicked into the males stomach, landing perfectly afterwards. He then began to casually walk over to the male fur, taking his time as to let the pain seep in*

??? (Male fox) - Arrgggh!
Ack.. *Cough* erk..

Malek - *grinned and watched with great interest*

Grunan wanted to do something. But he could see nothing he could do. He continued to grin manically, Hiding his disgust.
