The wolf grinned from underneath his mask. "Well. I'll have you know a group of lovely individuals, whose names I'm obligated not to disclose to anyone, have decided to come together to pay me a half for the head of 'Boss'. If you can triple that, not only will I leave him alone, I will happily throw in a few hits free of charge." Al's grip on his side tightened a little. The blood loss was starting to go to his head and he needed to rest, but he managed to play it off that he was fine.

Al's expression instantly hardened. "So much as lay a finger on my friend and the deal is off. As for getting patched up, I'd rather retreat to my own quarters to do that." Al extended a paw towards the Zambian, offering a hand shake. "Shake my hand, and I'll send you the details of my bank account via message. If the funds aren't transferred within 72 hours of that message, the deal is off."

((Just being clear here 'a half' refers to 'a half of a million.'

Clare sighed. Well, they know I'm here, she thought. I suppose I could get out with time, but... I don't think I'll remove my mask. I don't trust this man.

The guards around the car pulled the door open, and offered a paw to Clare. "This way, miss."

I seriously doubt your boss will miss your employ should a workplace 'accident' decide to happen in your sleep!" Al turned to the Zambian.
