Ray smiled, and gripped Zanthe's paw. "Charmed." He looked about a moment, before he spoke. "Have you ever shot anyone, miss Zanthe?"

Despite herself, Zanthe's shoulders tensed a little as Ray asked that question. "That depends on why you're asking, Mr. Ray," she said quietly, glancing around herself.

Ray smiled. "I'm no fed, miss Zanthe.  It's just a question, fitting for one who carries a firearm with them."

Zanthe looked up at Ray; so he had seen her gun. "... A couple of times, I suppose," she said with a shrug. "When it was necessary."

Ray smiled. "Good. How far away is your place?"

"Not that far," Zanthe said, heading towards the fake safehouse. "... While we're on the topic, have you shot anyone, Ray?"

Appearance: Fit and toned, pretty muscular, and his waist is not thin nor thick but just right. Silver German Shepard, some messy blood red stripes, cat eyes which are blood red. a black Mohawk, ears clipped to stand up one having a bullet shock wound. He has saber claws, teeth, eyes, and tail. As well as a diamond shaped device planted in his throat allowing him to speak since he is mute. Has some scars from fights, one large scar on his neck another on his chest which are pretty deep, however has scars scattered around his body.
Personality: Quiet, Responsible, Helping, Strong, Calm, however he is soft, kind, strong, respectful, helpful, reliable, sweet.
Occupation: He works for many high shot criminals however he's really a spy and takes them down from the inside out.
Other: He grew up in foster homes eventually leading to Ascension, and he's mute but has a device which allows him to speak.

"Don't we all?" the catfox said, only slightly catching Zaida's scent as she passed the factory and passing it off as someone else who had walked by, her mind preoccupied with the job at hand. After walking up the stairs of an abandoned condominium to the second floor house, Zanthe pulled out a set of keys and worked at finding the one for the door. "It's somewhat difficult the first time, isn't it?" she said, glancing over at Ray as she slid the key into the lock.

Ray shook his head. "No, it's not. I've never had a problem, not after...nevermind." He smiled. "Anyway, this is your home?"

Zanthe glanced back at Ray as the door opened. "Perhaps," she said, not giving him a straight answer as she held the door. "Head on in."

Ray furrowed his brow slightly, before he stepped inside. He kept close to the door, waiting for Zanthe to enter.

Stepping inside, Zanthe closed the door behind her and walked into the main area, pulling a chair out for Ray. "Water?" she asked.

Ray nodded, and sat. "Thank you, miss Zanthe."

Fetching two glasses, Zanthe filled them both with water and returned to the table, taking the seat opposite Ray. "So," she said, after taking a sip of her water. "I don't suppose you came here for a glass of water."
