"Well I'm just throwing ideas, what is your favorite? Besides I got all day." Devin said with a light smile.

Zanthe thought for a moment. "Well... do you know any restaurants that use wild edible plants?" she asked.

Devin paid attention to the road. "Alright, blossom it is." After a few minutes of driving. He slowly made a stop, and parked the car near the restaurant.

Zanthe carefully pushed the door open and slid out, looking around out of habit. "So did you want me to pay?" she asked. "Just... in advance, would you like me to help with the bill?"

"Nah, don't you worry. I got it." Devin assured with a light smile.

The zebra came over. "Three? Alright, you can take a seat here. And my name is jake, I'll be your waiter for tonight."

Zaida sat down and looked around, before opening her menu.

Devin pulled the chair back for zanthe, before sitting in his seat.

Zanthe slid into her chair and picked up a menu. "Well, I'm pleased with the broad selection of choices available," she said. "What do you two usually get?"

"Well I never really go to places like this... Although baked purslane and milkweed pods look good." Devin said looking through the menu.

"I'm getting the burdock brown rice and mushroom." Zaida said setting down the menu. "With unsweetened iced tea."

The zebra walked over. "I overheard your guys order, so I decided to write it down if that's fine. Would you like to change it or have anything to drink?" He asked, clicking the pen.

"Guest water with ice please." The hybrid asked, then handed him the menu.

"Unsweetened green tea." Zaida closed her menu, and gave her menu over to the waiter as well.

The zebra took the menu "Yea, of course." He shook his head, while writing it down. "Alright I'll be back." he smiled walking off.

Zaida rested her head on the table tapping her claws, her eyes studying the restaurant.

Devin had his hands folded. "This is nice, I've never ate wild plants before."

"There are certainly plenty of them," Zanthe replied, calmly swishing her tail. "In fact, some plants that are often considered weeds are actually quite nutritious. Of course, to properly gather wild plants, it is important to know which ones are safe and which ones... " The catfox blinked and shook her head. "Sorry about that," she murmured.

Zanthe rubbed the back of her head, a bit surprised that they were actually interested in her knowledge of wild edible plants. "...You're certain?" she asked. "I know a lot..."

Zaida took out the lemon off her glass before she continued to sip some of her unsweetened iced tea.
