The catfox, her usually hard exterior melting a bit, began to murr softly as Devin stroked her head, and rubbed his chest in return.

"Yea I'm afraid so" she scoffed coldly. "Sorry you and your friend wasted your time with me."

Devin smiled lightly glancing down at her. The sun slowly vanished leaving the sky which remained an ombré of orange and pink which slowly begin to fade. The hybrid rested his eyes enjoying the moment while it lasted

"When did I say it was wasted time?"*He said rubbing his jacket before putting his hand in his hoodie pockets*"I'd say it right now!, but i'd risk stating the brutally obvious, kinda disappointing to be completely honest"*He said before shrugging and smirking*"But hey, you like some brutally obvious things I see"*He said, pointing out her scoffing and such*

She didn't show any emotion and without a word, Zaida sighed and closed the door. She huffed walking back to the couch and laying back down.

*Red shrugged again before turning*"Welp, that was a disaster."*He looked at his watch and scratched is neck, before walking away, Keeping his usual disposition*"People change, and I sure as hell did so."*He chuckled before sighing through his nose*

"Yea I'm afraid so" she scoffed coldly. "Sorry you and your friend wasted your time with me."

Zanthe, as she watched the sun set at long last, felt herself wishing, just for a moment, that this moment would never end.

An hour or so past. The moon finally took over the sky, a sign that it was beginning to get late. Devin looked down at Zanthe and smiled lightly. He held the purring catfox in his arms as he began to walk home. It didn't take too long before he entered the house and walked upstairs setting zanthe in her bed in her room. The hybrid kissed the top of her head goodnight as he pulled the blanket over her body. He then walked off to sleep in his own room.

 Zaida remained in her room drinking lavender tea as she looked out the window. The monster watched the night sky, a relaxed sigh escaped her mouth as the wind blew gently against her fur. It wasn't too long before she finally sleep.

*Red looked at the night sky, before chuckling and continuing to walk until he eventually reached the end of the street, eventually reaching a cul-de-sac area...A dead end, he sighed before climbing over the a brick wall, which led into another street where he started walking down before reaching a dark street Traffic seemed to be calmed and only the light of the street lamps broke the near pitch black environment*


"I'd wish that didn't turn out the way it did"*He said quietly to himself, before sitting at a bench that rested underneath a street lamp, the faint buzzing of bugs being attracted to the light could be heard before Red laid back and yawned, he slowly fell asleep while sitting, before finally reaching his slumber*

An hour or so past. The moon finally took over the sky, a sign that it was beginning to get late. Devin looked down at Zanthe and smiled lightly. He held the purring catfox in his arms as he began to walk home. It didn't take too long before he entered the house and walked upstairs setting zanthe in the bed in the room which was now considered hers. The hybrid kissed the top of her head goodnight as he pulled the blanket over her body. He then walked off to sleep in his own room.

 Zaida remained in her room drinking lavender tea as she looked out the window. The monster watched the night sky, a relaxed sigh escaped her mouth as the wind blew gently against her fur.

Zanthe, while mostly asleep, smiled once more as Devin kissed her on the head. She slept better that night than she had in a while.

Eventually it was morning and like usual. Devin was in some short in his room doing some morning work outs to wake him up, the door and window left open allowing some fresh air. Planning to take a fast shower afterwards.

Zaida was in her PJ's, black boxers with white crosses and grey tank top. She sat on the counter on her phone looking at food recipes for breakfast unsure what to make. "Ugh... They all look so good.." She mumbled.

*Red woke up before holding his head, and sighing*"**censor** me, That hurt my back"*He said as he got up and looked at his watch*"Pretty early, for someone of my calibre"*He started walking down the same street before reaching the outside of a local restaurant, where a bus stop seemed to be located*

Zanthe woke up around the same time as Devin and, like him, had also begun to do a morning workout regimen. However, because of her more supernatural status and the wounds in her abdomen, she did not need nearly as much exercise, especially this morning, because she usually went for a run in coyote form at some point every day, more than making up for her daily exercise requirements. After her workout, the catfox grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom to take a shower and check/redress her injured stomach. (You choose when Devin goes in there.)

After Devin finished, he panted lightly while pacing around the room, drinking some water to hydrate himself. The hybrid finally undressed and wrapped a towel around his waist to cover him up. Before taking his fast shower, he first walked over to zanthe's room and lightly knocked on the door to make sure if she was awake or not.

Zaida was taking out some stuff to make breakfast, glancing at her phone from time to time.

After Devin finished, he panted lightly while pacing around the room, drinking some water to hydrate himself. The hybrid finally undressed and wrapped a towel around his waist to cover him up. Before taking his fast shower, he first walked over to zanthe's room and lightly knocked on the door to make sure if she was awake or not.

Zanthe was in the shower when Devin knocked, having just finished washing up for the day. Turning the water off, the catfox quickly pulled on fresh undergarments and a pair of jeans before heading into her room to take a look at her stomach, since she had left the medical kit out there anyhow.
