You still own the item if it's AP Holders Only, it just won't be 'active' until you get an AP. But as for the particular ID number that I pointed out to you, you should be able to retrieve it if it is available or not. The "item code" is in the url... it is the number at the far right. Select that and send a summarized description to an IMVU staff member. I can't guarantee success or immediate success, but it's better to see that such a happening is dealt with appropriately since grief-flaggers have been on the move lately.
