Shakes are probatbly one of the eastiest things to make, and you can put just about anything into them. With school starting, shakes are probably the easiest things to make for breakfast. Just throw in bananas, yogurt, or whatever you want! The best thing to get in it is spinach. It doesnt change the taste at all, and will make it WAY healthier. Yeah, I just wanted to point this out to anyone who doesn't know this by now.
