The Golden Age

[Grovygrunge]

The sound of the splashing got more frequent and then suddenly there was a flash of white and a face was grinning at Geoff. Wait...No. That wasn't a grin, it was a skull, and it was on a skeleton, which had moved... The skeleton was joined by another and then a final one which seemed to be wearing heavy looking armour with ease, it seemingly having no effect on it's brittle bones.

[The Past]

Geoffrey gasped and leaped back. His foot slipped, and he plopped into the water with a yelp.

[Angder]

Grunan grins. "Of course." He grabs the book, and places it in his cloak, he had a pouch specially for it on the inside, thankfully not badly damaged by the fire. He then readies his magic. "They are just bones. How tough can they be?"

[Grovygrunge]

The skeleton in armour grabbed Geoff as soon as he plopped into the water, lifting him up with both of it's hands. The other two instantly charged for Grunan. Their bone structures are a little different compared to the one wearing armour. They seemed weaker too. This was because the one in armour was a soldier from what was considered a "pure bred" family and the other two were merely peasants.

[Angder]

Grunan blasts fire at the nearest skeletons, and then blasts lighting with his other hand at the armored skeleton. He seriously hoped this worked. But neither of these weapons were built for use against the dead, and his staff felt very brittle in its current state. "AIM FOR THE RIBCAGE" Grunan yells. "DESTROY IT and it will BE DESTROYED"

[The Past]

Geoffrey growled and squirmed in the skeleton's grip before kicking his leg up into its ribcage.

[Grovygrunge]

The skeletons charging Grunan fell to the ground in a heap of bones. The electricity hits the armour which acts as a conductor, the electricity travels down into the water and shocks Grunan with the power of a static shock. Geoff was unaffected by the shock as he was suspended above the water, his feet not touching the ground. The armoured skeleton didn't do anything after that, it must have been confused by what just happened. It was at this moment that Geoff's kick connected with it's rib-cage making the skeletal soldier stumble backwards and let go off Geoff.

[Angder]

Grunan grins, and moves towards the skeleton, he tries to smash the things skull.

[The Past]

Geoffrey splashed a safe distance away and channeled a fire spell in case Grunan's attack failed.

[Grovygrunge]

The skeletal warrior's skull split open with the ease that an overripe watermelon would have. The skeleton walked around, unable to see now that it was headless.

[The Past]

Geoffrey took this chance to release his spell at the skeleton.

[Angder]

Grunan steps back.

[Grovygrunge]

The fire hits the armour and causes it to heat up, melting it slightly and making it weaker. The skeleton flails and manages to hit Grunan on the arm.

[Angder]

Grunan yelps as he is hit, there is an audible crunch, Grunan yelps, and jumps back, his arm looking limp.the thing was strong. Grunan blasts the thing with another burning hands.

[The Past]

Geoffrey also shot another fire spell, and wave of coolness ran through his body.
