The Golden Age

[Tina]

"I-I am looking for an adventuring group and y-you look like the adventuring type. Are you?"

"I suppose you can say I'm adventurous, although I'm fairly new here." She replied her tongue licking the side of her snout.

[Tina]

"Well I can show you around later, I know this town farley well...crap I forgot my bag. I'll be back."

(I actually got to sign off for tonight. You don't have to wait.)

(Ah it's fine, night)
"Alright, if I'm not here just search around I don't think I'll leave the village any time soon" she said soothingly her ears listening to Rose walking off

[The Past]

Geoffrey sat at the table alone. Once again he had to go out and find somewhere to stay for the night, but he didn't feel like it...

He opened his bag and sifted around, looking for any coins he might have forgotten.

Zaida rested her head on the counter looking as if she were sleeping but was awake. She thought uncertain where she would stay, still fairly new to the mortal realm she wasn't quite sure how everything worked. Luckily the pub wasn't closing until late tonight, at least an hour or two maybe giving her a chance to figure things out.

[The Past]

Geoffrey did have a few coins he forgot, and if he even had enough, he had to choose between renting a room and buying some food. Thinking back, he had seen the raccoon attempt to order water for about as much, and it wasn't enough to even afford that, so it was safe to assume neither was a choice. The bear whimpered quietly and rested his head on his arms.

Hearing the whimpers she turned around with a raised brow, curious the hybrid stood walking over to the whimpering bear "why are you making such noises, bear?" She asked her snout slightly visible from under the hood and her glowing eyes looking down at him.

[The Past]

Geoffrey peered up at the intimidating glowing eyes and his ears lowered. He didn't realize he was being loud enough to hear. "N-no reason, s-sorry, ma'am..."

Zaida huffed pulling her hood down to show her face, having a curious look. Possibly looking similar but this feeling happened to some, she then repeated "Why such noises?" She asked again. The hybrid may look tall but only because she stood, she was at least the same height as the bear.

*fell asleep at the bar side, with a drink still beside him*

[The Past]

This strange lady did seem familiar, but he wasn't sure how. Did they meet before? Was it from a dream? Either way, he didn't want to stick around to remember.
"I-I... It's no one's business. I'm sorry, ma'am. I-I'll take my leave..."

Geoffrey nervously stood up from his chair and began stepping his way out of the tavern.

"No ones business?" She said walking in front blocking his path. "May you just tell me, I am only curious" she said softly and sighing from her nose her tail swaying just inches off the ground. "Why were you whimpering?" Waiting for a response, Her faded pups focused to his eyes although weren't very noticeable..

Geoffrey frowned. "I-I'm just low on coin, is all..."

'Low on coin' she thought "what we're you going to use coin on, bear?" She asked.
