Definitely a yacht. With a mansion, people can come knock on your door. Then you have to bite them, and fill out paperwork. And it's just a hassle. A yacht, you can just drive away.

Would you rather be in a Sasha Baren Cohen film (Borat, The Dictator) or a Jackass film?
