There are 12 straight people, but also 26 non-straight people, it's just the non-straight people are split into categories.
For example pansexuality and bisexuality are similar, but they've been split so really there are 14 people who are "bisexual and bisexual like"
Considering that almost every furry survey out there has shown a clear distribution of bisexual people being the majority, straight people next then homosexual people, this distribution is not surprising.
