This happens a lot with my classes.  It gets old pretty quickly.

All week I've been doing assignments and Exams, I'm actually decent at maths and history but it seems Science and geography are my hardest just because of the work load >.<

I had an academic advising meeting yesterday. I was kind of anxious because I didn't really know what I would need to do there. It turned out fine though, and I guess I'm a little more on track of things. I still need to figure out where I would want to transfer to after I get my associate's degree since I don't think many universities in my city have the major I want.

I'm aiming for linguistics, preferably with a concentration in European languages. There's a good university a couple hours away from me that has it so I'm considering there. If I can't make it work I might major in anthropology or similar.

I'd also love to study abroad but that's a bit difficult to do...

What job were you planning to go for in your linguistics degree?

I'm still figuring things out to be honest. I'd love to do something that lets me go to different countries. Besides linguistics, I really want to have a side job/hobby in some type of creative field(comics/writing/etc).

I would keep the creative field stuff as a hobby initially, just so that you're not overloaded with work.  But yea, I started drawing recently.  Its been a fun, albeit slow process.  Just know you'll need lots of time, whether you're creating various works or learning.

And if you're an American citizen, know that they tax your salary when you work abroad ON TOP of whatever taxes you must pay in the country you work in.  This has made a few thousand people revoke their citizenships.

College apps and homework are a great mix. I've had the bloodshot eyes of a psychopath for a week or so.
