One of my main goals this year is to lose weight by eating right and keeping active. It's definitely harder that it looks, but I'm getting there. One of the main things I've noticed was the amount of junk my room mates and I have in our kitchen. Not a whole lot of healthy food, that's for sure. I hope that within time, I'll be able to drop bread all together. It will be really hard, but I want to be able to do so much with my life. Like, I'm not even thinking about the short term process, I'm thinking long term. This is just something that I really need to take care of and something that I need to stop ignoring.
