The application room was more bleak than the entrance. A fox dressed as a doctor was standing in front of some kind of medical examination room. "Right this way." He said with a chilling voice. Cecil was afraid now. "What are you going to do to me?." He asked. The doctor smiled coldly. "Woodlocke is a sanitary city. The cleanest in the country, and we'd like to keep it that way. All you have to do is pass the procedure and then you'll be a citizen."
The exam was simple. First they checked Cecil's weight, height, blood pressure, normal things. But then it got strange. The physical portion had Cecil try to grab a knob that was ridiculously out of reach, he was told to spot a flashing light when all he could see was a metal wall. Several impossible tasks later, Cecil was finally done. "Well you passed you are now an official citizen of Woodlocke." A secretary said. "Leave through that door" she said, pointing at the door to her right. Cecil was just confused. "Wait, I passed? But I couldn't do any of that stuff, nobody could've!" He said. The secretary's expression didn't change. "Of course you couldn't, that's normal, if you could, then you would fail the exam." She said. It all made sense now. Woodlocke was "clean,"... but not anymore... Cecil went through the exit.
