I keep writing stories in my mind, but when I try to transfer them to paper/word processor, I lose the interesting sentences I thought up, so I'm left with awkward descriptions of everything.

No, the paw ranking is different for moderators. I was promoted from IRC moderator to full forum moderator sometime during the summer. I've been in staff since late 2011.

So... aghhhh, You've been a Mod since i've been here. So you got "promoted" sometime in 09? or 10... I can't remember if I joined in 10 or 11... but I think it was 10. Anyways, during the summer.
So is IRC used often?

No, I first got added to staff as IRC mod in late 2011, and was promoted during the summer this year. And I'm glad because the IRC is pretty much dead most of the time now. Nothing to really do there within the last year or so.
