It's actually true.

It's called water intoxication. Pretty much because your body can't handle filtering.so much water at once, the cells.soak it.up and.swell in size. Since there really isn't a lot of room in your body, the swelled up cells cause complications with blood flow and especially in your skull, where there's almost no.room.for brain swelling.
