The whole intro theme for Digimon was already enough to make me feel like it was something that should be avoided. Pokemon on the other hand just seemed like the best thing ever.
I guess I just really like the idea of cramming cute creatures into tiny balls and then storing them in some box where they'll never get to see the light of day ever again.

I liked the anime of the FIRST gen of Digimon more than I liked the Pokemon anime as a whole, but apparently Ash Ketchum became a werewolf or a vampire at some point in his life, as he hasn't aged in the last 20 years give or take. I want some of that venom.
