Other than what's clearly visible in the picture (cabbage, carrots and mince) there are also some onions. And some spices and stuff (ground black and white pepper, a beef stock cube, and some curry powder).
It's pretty simple, but it's still one of the dishes I'd consider for the "If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life"-question.
I've had a few different versions of this that had soy sauce, treacle and/or chicken instead of mince, and they were pretty good too.
