I just remembered I haven't typed my background reasearch for science fair.

And, ye did some nice drawing there, while I was ded, Chez! Although, I'm only wondering why you drew 7 of 'em?

The thing is made using a printing screen, so I've technically only drawn one.
This particular piece of fabric was meant to only be a test/practice to see what this would look like if I tried creating a pattern with it, but then I got curious about if  they could be coloured in afterwards.
Was originally also planning on only colouring one, but then someone told me to colour them all, so I did.


I think it's pretty neat because I'm a nerd.
I'm now able to put Dumbreons on anything and everything I want!

Dunno HOW useful it is since I absolutely hate making the screens xP
My hands are too weak and tiny to properly work a staple gun, and don't get me started on all the duct tape that has to be added, and added evenly >->
Then there are half a million steps after that that if they go wrong you essentially have to start over from the beginning :D




Tho I still guess it's good to know how to make these things in case it ever ends up becoming relevant for any reason :P

But learning stuff is kewl. It's interesting, and good for your brain and such...

Today I learned how to connect that relay with overswitch, as to actually make it work, in a little simulation program I got from the teacher. (Basically, a really with overswitch is that you can power a system by pressing a button once, instead of heaving to close a heavy switchbreaker.)

I only blew-up 3 relay units, a few resistors, and a switch, in the progress... >_>

But it worked!

Iirc, next week we're going to learn how to use acid dyes.
Sounds way more dramatic and dangerous than it actually is, I'll guess.
Not that it matters, I have two gloves, an apron, safety glasses and a face mask packed at all times.
Dyeing stuff is srs bsns after all.

Trust the welding teacher. I was holding a part for someone once, and was in shorts. When the spatter comes off and hits something that can burn/melt, it goes straight through and hurta like hell.

Yeah, I was the one that was actually keeping all the stuff on, and actually flipping the mask down, instead of looking away from the weldflash...

Then a diffirent classmate came along to "help" me, and gently pushed my hand with the electrode up to the groundplate, soo it molted stuck while welding.

That thing must've been stuck to the base for a solid ten seconds, and by the time one of the teachers came by to pry it off the entire electrode was glowing white hot.

Scared the shit outta me...
